The standard build is fully opaque; you cannot see contents through the body under normal retail lighting. If you want shoppers to see the product we can add a clear window of any shape, or run a clear front with an opaque back, without changing the recyclable mono-PE structure.
Digital takes about 10–12 days and needs no engraved cylinder, so it wins for trial runs and short seasonal SKUs. Gravure needs 12–15 days because the cylinders have to be engraved first, but those cylinders are then held and reused on every repeat and hold fine detail more consistently. We quote both against your specification and tell you where the crossover falls for your artwork.
Yes. 10 x 15 cm is the stock format but the same structure runs up to family-pack sizes. Above roughly 500 g we usually recommend stepping up the thickness — send us the fill weight and we will specify it.
Yes. The film is food-grade and supported by accredited-laboratory test reports; we also work under HACCP and ISO 9001 and will run testing at an institution you nominate if your buyer requires it.
We do — the odour barrier is the main reason pet brands choose it. For products with a high fat content we will suggest a higher-barrier PE grade so the pouch does not pick up grease staining over a long shelf life.
