Yes. After your deposit and artwork approval we produce a pre-production sample (PPS) from the actual production tooling and material:

• PPS lead time: typically 5–10 working days after artwork sign-off
• Sent by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for your physical approval
• Mass production begins only after your written PPS approval
• Approved PPS is sealed and retained as the QC reference for the bulk order

This safeguards print color, dimensions, and material feel before any large run.

We offer multiple shipping options based on your needs:

• EXW (Ex Works) — You collect from our production base in Qingdao
• FOB (Free on Board) — We deliver goods to the port; you arrange sea freight
• CFR / CNF — We cover cost and freight; you arrange insurance
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) — We handle shipping and insurance to your destination port
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Door-to-door including duties; available to select markets

Standard shipments go via sea freight in 20ft, 40ft, or 40HQ containers. Air freight is available for urgent or small-volume orders at additional cost.

Loading capacity depends on the product, packing format, and whether the cargo is palletized:

• 20'GP — Approx. 10–12 tons (≈ 28 m³ usable)
• 40'GP — Approx. 18–22 tons (≈ 58 m³ usable)
• 40'HQ — Approx. 20–25 tons (≈ 68 m³ usable)

For each order we provide a detailed loading plan showing carton dimensions, gross/net weight per carton, cartons per pallet, and total cartons per container — so you know exactly what is arriving and can plan warehouse space accordingly.

Quality control is embedded in every stage of our production process:

• Raw material inspection — All incoming resins are tested for melt flow index, density, and purity
• In-process checks — Continuous monitoring of thickness, width, seal strength, and print alignment during production
