HD Integrity supplies rollstock and packaging film for form-fill-seal (FFS) machines, flow wrappers and horizontal packaging lines. Laminated and mono-material films custom engineered to product barrier, shelf life and machine requirements.

Our range includes PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, OPP/CPP and kraft/paper laminated films, plus mono-material PE/PP recyclable films. Custom thickness from 12 to 120 micron, controlled OTR/WVTR barrier values, up to 10-colour gravure printing, and corona treatment for print and seal compatibility.

500 kg per structure and print design. Larger runs attract better pricing; custom barrier structures quoted per requirement.

Can you match film to our packaging machine?
Yes. We produce film to your machine’s width, roll diameter, core size and seal-bar compatibility, with corona treatment for consistent sealing.

Do you supply compostable and recyclable rollstock?
Yes. PLA/PBAT compostable rollstock certified to EN 13432, plus mono-material PE/PP recyclable structures.
