From Resin to Finished Bag
Most suppliers buy film and convert it. We start one step earlier: our film compound is formulated within our group at our own materials base, which also polymerises its own biodegradable PBAT resin. That means mill-direct pricing, full material traceability from batch to pallet, and the ability to adjust a formulation instead of accepting whatever the market offers that month.
Resin & Compounding
LDPE, HDPE, PP and biodegradable PBAT are formulated and compounded in-house, with functional additives blended at the resin stage rather than coated on the film. Full material traceability from batch number to finished pallet.
Co-extrusion Blown Film
Multi-layer co-extrusion blown-film lines produce 2–5 layer films with precision gauge control — from 6 micron down-gauged stretch film to 120 micron heavy-duty and regulated bags.
Printing
10-colour gravure printing with registration accuracy within 0.2mm, or up to 6-colour flexographic for simpler artwork. Custom private-label printing for brands worldwide.
Converting & In-line QC
Converting seals, cuts and applies closures — zippers, self-adhesive strips, drawstrings or security tape depending on the product. Every batch passes in-line QC before packing, and third-party inspection is welcome at any stage. Repeat orders ship in 7 days, with Qingdao Port close at hand.
Gauge and Material Capability
Film thickness drives both cost and performance, so we run the full commercial range rather than a single sweet spot:
- 6–15 micron — down-gauged, high-cling stretch film for pallet wrapping, where less material doing the same job is the whole point.
- 15–40 micron — lightweight courier packaging such as PCR poly mailers and compostable mailing bags in PLA/PBAT.
- 40–80 micron — retail and protective formats including frosted CPE/EVA zipper bags and ESD and VCI technical bags, where functional additives are blended into the resin rather than coated on.
- 80–120+ micron — heavy-duty and regulated applications: biohazard and medical waste bags, GRS-certified PCR drawstring trash bags and tamper-evident security bags.
Laminated structures are handled separately — PET laminate stand-up pouches are built for food contact and carry FDA food-grade certification.
Quality Control and Compliance
Production facilities are FDA and BRC certified, with ISO 9001 quality management. Certification is product-specific rather than blanket: GRS covers recycled-content lines, OK Compost / ASTM D6400 / EN 13432 and BPI cover the compostable range, FDA food-grade covers stand-up pouches. We will tell you exactly which certificate applies to your item and supply the documentation with the shipment.
Every order is photographed before dispatch, so you see the actual goods on the pallet rather than a stock image. Third-party inspection bodies can be booked at your cost at any point in the run.
What You Can Customise
Size, gauge, colour, closure and material formulation are all open. Our “one client, one formula” approach means a blend developed for your specification is not resold to your competitor.
For printing, supply artwork as Adobe Illustrator (.AI), press-ready vector PDF, EPS or CorelDRAW (.CDR), specified in CMYK or Pantone (PMS) codes, with 3mm bleed and critical content kept 5mm from the edge. Plate and cylinder costs are one-time and quoted per design; we keep plates on file at no charge so repeat orders carry no repeat tooling.
Standard products without printing ship 15–20 days after order confirmation. Custom printed products run 20–25 days after artwork approval, and large-volume programmes 25–35 days. Samples are ready in 5–7 working days.
