What To Include In Your Inquiry

A quote turns around much faster when the first message carries the specification. Where you are unsure, say so and we will propose options rather than stall.

• Product — the item from our product range, or a description and reference photo if it is not listed.
• Quantity — your target order quantity and expected annual volume. Pricing tiers move sharply with volume, so an honest estimate helps more than a placeholder.
• Size and gauge — dimensions in mm or inches and film thickness in microns. If you only know the application, tell us that instead and we will recommend a gauge.
• Material or certification requirement — for example GRS recycled content for PCR poly mailers, ASTM D6400 compostability for compostable mailers, FDA food-grade for stand-up pouches, or ESD/VCI protection for technical bags.
• Printing — number of colours and artwork. Send Adobe Illustrator (.AI), press-ready vector PDF, EPS or CorelDRAW (.CDR), specified in CMYK or Pantone (PMS), with 3mm bleed and critical content 5mm from the edge.
• Destination and incoterm — port or door address, and whether you want EXW, FOB, CIF/CFR or DDP.
• Target date — when the goods need to be with you, not when they need to ship.

What Happens Next

We reply during Qingdao working hours (GMT+8). Standard product samples are free — you cover shipping only — and custom samples may carry a sampling fee that is refunded against your first production order. Either way samples are ready in 5–7 working days.

Once the specification is confirmed, standard unprinted products ship 15–20 days from order confirmation, custom printed products 20–25 days from artwork approval, and large-volume programmes 25–35 days. Plate and cylinder costs are one-time per design and we keep the plates on file, so repeat orders carry no repeat tooling charge.
