HD Integrity Packaging ships to 30+ countries worldwide from our production base in Qingdao, China. We offer a full range of shipping terms and logistics options to suit your requirements and timeline.

Available Shipping Terms

  • EXW (Ex-Works) — Goods ready and palletized at our Qingdao warehouse. You arrange your own freight forwarder. Best option when you already have an established freight contract.
  • FOB (تسليم على ظهر السفينة) — Includes domestic trucking and export customs clearance. You take over responsibility from the loading port. Available from Qingdao, Shanghai, or Ningbo.
  • CFR / CIF (Cost, Insurance & والشحن) — Ocean or air freight to your destination port is included. CIF adds marine insurance for full transit coverage. You handle import customs at your end.
  • DDP (توصيل شامل الرسوم الجمركية) — We manage everything: freight, import duties, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse or your customer's door. One all-inclusive price.

Production Lead Times

  • Standard products (no custom printing): 15–20 working days
  • Custom printed products: 20–25 working days
  • Large-volume orders: 25–35 working days

Transit Times (from port of loading)

  • Sea freight (FCL or LCL): 20–35 days depending on destination
  • Air freight: 5–10 days
  • Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 days

التعبئة & قبل الشحن

Every shipment is packed to withstand ocean voyages and rough handling — PE film wrapping, corrugated dividers, shrink-wrapped pallets with edge protectors, and reinforced corners. We send a pre-shipment photo report for your approval before dispatch.

Tracking & Updates

A tracking number is issued the moment your shipment leaves our factory. You will receive automatic updates via WhatsApp and email at key milestones: factory-out, port-loaded, arrived-at-destination, and out-for-delivery. A dedicated account manager remains your single point of contact throughout transit.
